UPDATE this appears to have been resolved.

Hi, OSC Collective Admins and Contributors,

I'm sorry to report that we have an administrative issue to resolve with Paypal that means we can't currently process expenses out to Paypal accounts. We hope to have it resolved this week.

If you need your payment sooner than that or don't want to wait, please edit your expense (under "More Actions" on your expense page) and change your payout method to a bank account, and then have it re-approved. We'll be processing bank transfer payouts daily (instead of biweekly) to catch these. We understand that not everyone can receive bank transfer payments via Wise, it's just the best option currently available.

We're sorry for the delay and are working diligently to fix it. Thanks for your patience. I will edit this update and comment below when it's fixed, and we'll just get back to processing Paypal payments as normal when that happens, no need to remind us to pay yours out.
