186 is a secondary platform that designs, builds, maintains, and sells regional AI assistants to

governments. These regional AI assistants create real-time virtual models of a city or community,

generated from anonymized Big Data, offered as an application to the citizens and politicians of

that specific region, city, or community. The 186 AI assistants' virtual models enable citizens and

politicians to collectively understand the web of interactions that lead to their regions, cities, or

community's living conditions.

Such access allows both citizens and politicians to engage in data-driven decisions regarding

what policies and development strategies their region, city, or community should take towards

improving its living conditions. 186 AI assistants allow users to engage in urban governance,

planning, and design of technologies and solutions that meet global standards provided by

organizations like the World Council on City Data (WCCD), Global Cities Institute, and the

International Organization for Standardization (IOS).
