ABOUT
We look forward to hearing from Clair Cooper, Post Doctoral Fellow with the NovelEco Project at Trinity College Dublin:
  • Clair's talk will introduce the NovelEco project that aims for the first time to explore how people value urban wild spaces in cities using citizen science. Clair's talk will share emerging findings from co-design workshops held in four cities that show how people perceive these often-forgotten novel ecosystems, what's next for the project and explain how the communities that you work with can get involved.

  • Furthermore, we look forward to hearing from Juliette Wilson and James Bonner, both from the University of Strathclyde:
  • Juliette and James will present the Every Tree Tells a Story project, describing their practiced methodology using postcards to engage with members of the public to learn and share stories about their attachment with trees and treescapes. Juliette and James will detail the different themes this methodology touches on, share some of the public responses, and depict the University of Strathclyde’s tree trail.
