I've had the pleasure of engaging with team members in design, development, customer service, and business leadership to help them to better understand how to design for their customers. In today's increasingly competitive markets entire product teams must have a customer-focused, human-centered mentality in order for their products to rise to the top. Mentoring and coaching teams to better understand their customer's unique needs, improve their design workflows, and to empower those around them to participate in the design process is one of the biggest passions in my work today.
