All contributions in 2022 (i.e. May 2021-May 2022) will be distributed as follows:
- First, fixed costs (such as the domain name) are reimbursed.
- Second, the remainder is split 60%/40% between our dependencies and our maintainers(*).
- Third, the maintainers choose which dependencies we will support and for how much. The projects and amounts are up to the discretion of the maintainers, the only requirement is that the project is closely related to Simple Icons.
(*): If a maintainer chooses not to take their cut it is included in the sum of money that goes to our dependencies.
