The screenshot you've provided is lacking some crucial details to be considered as a valid receipt. Would you have a better support document? Have a look at the link above for details, but in a nutshell it will need to include the flight details and the method of payment confirming you paid for the service.

Once I get the valid receipt off you - I will process this expense for payment. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
