Mayor Adams announced a plan years in the making, which begins a reimagining of the youth homelessness system through services co-designed with the community to better meet their needs.

Streetlives is delighted to share that YourPeer – the mobile platform detailed in the plan – is one of the priority projects under "Opportunity Starts with a Home: New York City's Plan to Prevent and End Youth Homelessness."
