Sze-En Watts

Sze-En is a dedicated community builder with a profound commitment to creatively challenging the status quo for positive social change. As Manager of the Social Impact Studio at the University of Otago, Sze-En has spent the last decade mentoring and inspiring hundreds of young people to make a positive impact and be a catalyst for change within their communities. Sze-En has a strong history of working with multi-stakeholder teams to develop innovative and award-winning programmes centred around issues of belonging, identity, wellbeing and anti-racism. Sze-En's expertise lies in fostering collaboration, supporting leadership development, community engagement and building resilient communities.
