About

Hi we are Nastya and Nastya,

We're two friends born and raised in Ukraine. This year, we decided to celebrate both of our birthdays by organising PROSVITOK*, a charity event in Berlin, to collect funds for women in Ukraine.

Instead of gifts, we ask you to make donations on this page or personally at the event depending on what's possible.

We intend to transfer all donations to Marsh Zhinok, a Ukrainian feminist organisation.

Due to Russia's ongoing full-scale war in Ukraine, at the moment, this organisation is helping women and children affected by it. Marsh Zhinok provides temporary shelter, medical supplies, personal hygiene products, mental health support, baby products, and other types of help that women might need.

PROSVITOK* is a Ukrainian word that has several meanings that resonate with us in these challenging times:

1/ a light streak on a dark background formed by a light beam;

2/ short-term or partial relief, temporary joy, peace of mind in a joyless life.

We care deeply about our home country, and this is a cause that's very important to us. And we would appreciate your participation a lot. Please remember that there's no such thing as a small donation, every one of them matters and can have a positive impact on someone's life.
