Intention

Our intention is to set the foundation for a successful Wasan Network that makes a meaningful contribution to the emerging field of relational social impact and embodies this relational way of working in how we interact with each other, in its operating model and programming over the coming years.

Desired Outcomes

Holistic strategy that reflects clarity for the coming 18 months, while leaving room for possibility and emergence when setting our direction for the next 3-5 years
Roadmap including programmatic priorities (what will we aim to test, do, accomplish, learn), including defined milestones for 18 months
Clear and lean operational model (how will we function)
Realistic budget & finance plan (cost structure, fundraising, etc)
