Webform is the module for making forms and surveys in Drupal. After a submission customizable e-mails can be sent to administrators and/or submitters. Results can be exported into Excel or other spreadsheet applications. Webform also provides an extensive API for expanding its features.
The Webform module provides all the features expected from an enterprise proprietary form builder combined with the flexibility and openness of Drupal

Why should you support the Webform module?
The Webform and Drupal are completely free. The Drupal community believes besides having full access to open source code, everyone is free to use, modify, and contribute to the software. Everyone is a member of the collective community that helps to build and support Drupal. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to get involved.
Backing and contributing to the Webform module's Open Collective helps ensure that no tasks fall thru the cracks and help us support and grow the Webform module's and Drupal's community
How your contribution will be used?
Contributions will offset costs related to promoting the Webform module which can include travel costs and general marketing expenses. Contributions may be used to pay outside specialists, to review the Webform module's user experience accessibility, and privacy compliance (including GDPR and HIPAA).
Funds will also help support the contributed module ecosystem built around the Webform module and Drupal. There are almost a hundred Webform add-ons and other contribute modules that need ongoing maintenance and support.
