Support Youth For Climate on its journey to COP26 in Glasgow!
Just like in 2019 we will send a Belgian delegation from Youth For Climate to the United Nations Climate Change Conference, this year in Glasgow.
It is important that we, the youth, are represented, and that we will represent the voices that have been striking worldwide for the last couple of years.
We as citizens have shown that we need to keep drawing the attention #BackToTheClimate!
Let’s put the climate crisis back on top of the agenda!
Due to the covid-pandemic the inequality worldwide has risen, and voices that are already facing the climate crisis on the frontlines, are underrepresented at such important events. That is why we need to stand up. We need to speak up, and make sure no one will be left behind.
What is Youth For Climate’s mission at COP26?
Youth For Climate will strengthen its bonds internationally, on a European level and nationally.
Youth For Climate will collaborate with Fridays For Future to keep the pressure high and spread awareness. We will sit down with Belgian ministers and demand more ambition from our world leaders.
Let’s hold governing forces and big polluters accountable!
In this crucial time period it is key to keep the pressure high, as we are running against a ticking climate clock. Will you raise your voice with us?
What can you do?
As young people, we do not have the financial resources to support such an important trip. This is where we need your help. We do not have the financial capacity to cover expenses like accommodation and travel, as our activism is completely voluntary.
Every small, or larger amount will be very much appreciated.
Donate here, and thanks in advance!
