DEFENDFREEDOMUA is a non-profit boutique organization operating on a 100% volunteering basis, with the mission of supporting Ukraine in defending not only its own, but also the Europe’s freedom against the Russian aggression. 

 

The success of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) hinges upon being fully equipped for the
imminent battles, not only with weapons but also with advanced non-lethal
equipment. The Special Operation Unit, which was previously led by the fallen
hero Oleksii Chubashev supported by the DEFENDFREEDOMUA in 2022, has requested us
to procure and deliver a new set of equipment for their newly formed squads
aiming for efficient, technologically advanced counteroffensive and
de-occupation operations. 

 

Drones have emerged as functioning as the eyes in the sky offering unparalleled situational
awareness, especially using thermal imaging technology for night vision capabilities. 

 

Within the total fundraising goal of $22,000, we are currently raising $3,900 to
supply the unit with the DJI Mavic 3 Thermal drone and Starlink receiver, now
crucial for their newly formed squads engaged in advanced counteroffensive
operations that require “eyes at night.” Around $3,000 of the sub-goal amount has already
been raised so far by private donations and thus we are left with the remaining.
