Meals of Gratitude Belgium 🥘🏥🙏

We would love to express our deepest gratitude to all the hospital workers, pharmacists, social workers, garbage collectors, cashiers, ... all people that keep on working despite the risks to make sure we are safe and that our society keeps running.

That’s why we would love to offer them a good warm meal from a local restaurant (that will help them too since they had to close!)

If you know some of those unsung heroes, please let them know that they can get their food expenses reimbursed.

How does it work?
- You and many other citizens donate money to this collective
- A hero orders food to a local restaurant for them and their colleagues
- She/he takes a picture of the receipt and of them at work.
- They submit the receipt as an expense to our collective (using this link) and add the picture as a comment to their expense (or link to the picture on social media)
- She/he get reimbursed within a week

We willen onze diepe dankbaarheid tonen aan ziekenhuismedewerkers, apothekers, sociaal werkers, afvalophalers, kassier(ster)s, ... iedereen die ondanks de risico’s blijft werken om de maatschappij draaiende te houden.

Daarom bieden we ze graag een warme maaltijd aan uit een lokaal restaurant (die op die manier ook geholpen worden).

Als je een van deze helden kent, laat hen dan weten dat ze hier hun uitgaven voor maaltijden kunnen terugbetaald krijgen.

Hoe werkt het?
- Jij en vele anderen steunen dit collectief door geld te doneren
-  Een held(in) bestelt eten in een lokaal restaurant voor hem/haar en collega's
- Hij/zij neemt een foto van het kassaticket en laadt deze foto hier op en voegt een leuke foto toe in commentaar van zichzelf en de collega's (of een link naar social media)
- Hij/zij wordt binnen de week terugbetaald.

On voudrait exprimer notre plus grande gratitude au personnel hospitalier, pharmacien.ne.s, travailleurs sociaux, éboueurs, policier.es, caissier.e.s, tous ces gens qui continuent à travailler malgré les risques pour nous tous.

C’est pourquoi on voudrait leur offrir des bons repas chaud des restaurants locaux. Cela les aidera également eux qui ont du fermer boutique.

Si vous connaissez certains de ces héros de l'ombre, faites-leur savoir qu’ils peuvent avoir leur plat remboursé.

Comment cela fonctionne?
- Toi et beaucoup d'autres citoyens font une donation à ce collectif
- Un.e héros commande à manger auprès d'un restaurant local pour elle/lui et ses collègues
- Elle/il prend une photo du reçu et d'eux à l'hôpital
- Elle/il envoie le reçu à notre collectif (via ce lien) et la photo en tant que commentaire (ou lien vers la photo sur les réseaux sociaux)
- Elle/il se fera rembourser endéans la semaine
