We are offering a limited number of places to leaders of projects hosted by Open Source Collective on a series of coaching, training, and workshops designed to support you and your projects. On November 25th I announced that we would offer a limited number of places to leaders of projects hosted by Open Source Collective on a series of coaching, training, and workshop sessions. These sessions are designed to work through common problems and to help answer questions like 'how do we bring new contributors?', 'what do we spend our money on?', and 'who gets to make decisions?'. We've received a lot of responses but we thought it would be best to give those of you who might have missed our initial announcement a second chance.

We'll be closing registration this Friday the 10th December at 6pm UTC. This will enable us to get started: selecting participants, building the program, and potentially make use of the time available to participants over the holiday period.
