About

Founded by Enna Uwaifo in June 2024, The IE Collective
is a group of individuals of Afro-diasporic multicultural heritage dedicated to advancing culturally and creatively driven methodologies to develop high-impact programmes and partnerships at the intersection of racial equity and environmentalism. As an early-stage incubator and project management solution, we use the "education-as-third space" approach to stimulate economic activity in multicultural communities to advance economic inclusion in environmental and social change sectors.

Our mission is to shift narratives towards empowerment, inclusion, and bottom-up action, equipping multicultural communities with the tools and strategies needed to address the environmental crisis and 21st-century challenges. Through our unique vision and expertise, we aim to foster a more equitable and sustainable future.
