About
e18e is a community initiative to improve performance across the JavaScript ecosystem.
We contribute widely across the ecosystem to these areas:
- cleanup - cleaning up dependencies which are unmaintained, legacy, bloated, etc
- speedup - improving performance of existing tools and libraries
- levelup - providing new packages built on modern APIs with performance in mind
We want to bring a focus to performance, and help everyone better understand their project's dependencies.
You can read more about this on our blog and our website.
This fund will be used primarily for the following:
- Sponsoring people within the community
- Sponsoring larger ongoing projects/work
- Community events
