About

We are 1 2 HEART U. We are Peekskill residents and business owners working to create a cultural center in the Hudson Valley to support performing artists.

Our goal is to provide a space for artists, musicians, and creative professionals to gather. Our focus is to bring new talent to the forefront and provide a space for artists to perform, network and build a community that will sustain their practice.

In 2021 during our inaugural event, we hosted over a dozen local, regional and national bands in downtown Peekskill and celebrated with over 600 neighbors and attendees. The overwhelmingly positive feedback we received has been a rallying cry, inspiring us to continue to grow.

We are hosting four more events from July through October in 2022. Among our goals, we hope to raise funds and grow our network of supporters. If you want to join us, here’s how:
